Our services are designed for adults aged 16 and over, and we aim to ensure our website, including its gallery of nail designs, is easy to use for everyone. Our commitment

We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, which include:

Current accessibility features

• Booking forms include descriptive labels and error messages for screen readers.
• The gallery (showcasing previous clients' nail designs) includes alt text for images and supports keyboard navigation for viewing and filtering styles.
• Plausible analytics is cookieless and does not interfere with assistive tools.
• Instagram embeds are optional (via cookie consent popup) to reduce accessibility barriers if not enabled.

Known accessibility issues

We are a small business and continually improving our site. Current limitations include:

• Gallery: Some nail design images may have basic alt text (e.g., "Red floral nail art") rather than detailed descriptions due to intricacy; we're working to enhance these. Filtering may rely on simple clicks, but we're ensuring full keyboard support.
• Instagram embeds: If enabled via the cookie popup, third-party content may not fully meet WCAG standards (e.g., video captions or keyboard navigation). We recommend disabling embeds if you use assistive technologies.

Physical access

Our salon operates from a home with stair-only access to the service area (kitchen). As an alternative, we can arrange home visits. Home visits within 1 mile of our address (SK3 0BS) are provided at no extra cost. Visits beyond 1 mile may incur additional travel charges. Please contact us before booking to discuss any mobility needs or accessibility requirements.
